How are my favors shipped?
We use UPS to ship all products. RUSH shipping for your party favors is available. Please contact us for the additional charge--we always try to avoid rush shipping charges if we have enough time to prepare and ship your favors by your event date. |

FREE UPS GROUND Shipping on orders of $500 or more to the lower 48 states (not including Alaska and Hawaii). Shipping charges are listed below:

How long does it take to receive my favor order?
The average processing time for your order is 3-7 business days for items in stock. If items are personalized or if we are out of stock, the processing time may be longer. Shipping time varies depending on your location.
If you need your favors in a RUSH, please contact us at 1-800-455-9965 so that we may make arrangements to expedite your order. We suggest you order early to ensure you receive your party favors on time.

Do you accept returns?
Because each favor is hand crafted, personalized items may not be returned. If favors are damaged, please contact us for information concerning a return within 7 DAYS of receiving your order. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be shipped in original packaging.
A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. |
