HOW ARE MY FAVORS SHIPPED? We use UPS to ship all our favors. eFavors occasionally uses other shipping companies to mail personalized ribbons, tags, favors and gifts. Express delivery to receive your party favors in a rush is available. Please call or e-mail us for additional shipping charge information. Avoid these costly charges by placing your order as soon as possible: we recommend 4 to 5 weeks prior to your event date. Receiving your party favors on time is essential for the celebration of your event or special occasion to be complete. |

WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING CHARGES? Ground shipping charges, for delivery in the 48 United States, (not including: Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico) are listed below: these shipping charges do not apply for any of Birchcraft and Carlson Craft items.
Additional charges apply: - To orders of heavy favors made of glass and/or ceramic, such as coasters, dishes etc.., due to fuel surcharges. Should additional charges apply to your order, we will contact you prior shipping. - to all international shipments; shipping cost doesn't include any duties, taxes and other fees imposed by your customs authorities and brokerage firm. These fees are due upon delivery time of orders shipped outside the United States. Please contact UPS and/or your Customs Office for an estimate of these fees. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY FAVORS ORDER? The average processing time for your order is approximately 3 to 5 business days. Personalized favors and gifts take more time, depending of the personalization requirements. Shipping time varies depending on your location. DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS? eFavors accepts returns of undamaged items, providing written notification to sales@eFavors.com within 48 hours of receipt. A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items. Personalized favors may not be returned. Should favors be received damaged, please contact us for information concerning a return and exchange providing written notification to sales@eFavors.com within 48 hours of receipt. Returns will not be accepted without prior authorization. All returns must be shipped in original packaging. | |
