SHIPPING
Most orders (THOSE THAT DO NOT REQUIRE PERSONALIZATION) ship within 3-5 business days from the date your order was placed--additional UPS shipping time varies according to your destination. Should there be a problem with an item that is out of stock we will contact you to discuss timing considerations.
If you need a RUSH delivery, please call us, toll-free at 1-800-455-9965 to discuss shipping arrangements. We can ship 2nd day air or overnight in most cases and to most destinations. There is an additional UPS charge to ship overnight or 2nd day air and we will contact you before we ship any order via this method.

EFAVORS.COM uses UPS Ground for most shipping within the United States. In our experience, UPS provides the best value and reliability for our customers.
RETURNS
You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your order if you have broken or damaged pieces.
We accept returns ONLY IF you notify us within 7 days of having received your order- we will then provide you with a Return Authorization number and you then have an additional 5 days to return the package to us.
PERSONALIZED merchandise my not be returned.
There is a 25% restocking fee for all returns.
All returns must be shipped back in original packaging in same(NEW)condition with your Return Authorization number enclosed. YOu will be refunded the cost of the product ONLY, minus a 25% restocking fee. We will not issue a refund for items damaged during transit for returns.
If you must return your order, please call us at 1.800.455.9965 to obtain a Return Authorization number. We cannot accept any returns without this number.
