I orignally ordered favors from another internet store. The expected delivery was to be one week. After a week went by I did not receive the favors nor was I able to contact them in any way. At this point it was just 3 days from when I needed the favors. I found your site and contacted sales by phone. I received a return call within a couple of hours. The sales rep, Marisol, pushed to get my order packed and shipped the same day and also saved me from having to pay for next day shipping. I received the favors the next day. The other site offered the same product for the same price. The difference is conscientious people like Marisol who understand World Class Service.
