In order to access our wholesale website (www.efavors.biz), you need a password. To obtain a password, please complete an application form and fax (718.623.8498) or email (sales@efavors.com) the document plus a copy of your State Tax Resale License. Please allow up to 3 business days to approve your application and email you a password.

PAYMENT:
Once you place your order online, you will receive a confirmation--this is the only invoice you will receive. Once we have determined that the items ordered are in stock, we will charge your credit card and ship out the merchandise. All purchases are handled via credit card.
SHIPPING
We take great care in packing all products to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition and on time. All shipping is done via UPS. When an order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number--you can easily track packages at www.ups.com. You can answer customer questions concerning delivery time by checking the tracking number.
Most items take about 4-8 business days to process (not counting the day the order is received). Shipping time can take from 1-5 business days (not counting the day of shipping). If you need an order to ship out on a RUSH basis, place the order and then call us at 800.455.9965 to verify that it will be rushed and to receive the extra UPS shipping charge.
